COVID-19 UPDATE

We appreciate your patience and understanding with the shipping delays due to the COVID-19. We are working very hard to get orders out to you as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your email for all order updates. We will send an email to you as items ship.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS ( United States Postal Service ).

Please expect delays during holidays.

 

U.S Shipping 3-4 business days ( excluding Weekends and Holidays ). 

 

International Shipping 1-2 weeks.
We are not responsible for any fees imposed by your country for international shipping and delivery.

Tracking numbers are sent via email you provide, Please allow 24-48 hours for update.

If there happens to be any mistake when placing your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can make corrections before shipping your package. If in case you do not contact us and your package gets sent to a wrong location you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

 

In the unlikely event you have received a wrong item or a defective or damaged item, please immediately contact us at criolacacheada@gmail.com and provide the following:

    • Your order number
    • Date of arrival
    • Condition of item at time of arrival
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • A clear picture of the item how you received it.

 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are NOT REFUNDABLE.
